About Sandesh Naik

I like building because it is the fastest way I know to learn.

I work across products, tools, experiments, and the web. I like starting with a rough idea and seeing what survives once it has to work outside my head.

Some projects stay small and teach me one useful thing. Others keep growing and ask for more design, more structure, and more time than I expected. I like both.

TalkItEasy is one example of that. It is one thing I am working on right now, not the whole story.

What I build

I build apps, tools, experiments, and systems that get better once people start using them.

What matters to me

Strong feedback loops, useful defaults, and details that make something feel clear instead of patched together.

Where TalkItEasy fits

TalkItEasy is the clearest current example of that work. It is one product, not the definition of the whole site.

Current focus

Most of my public work right now centers on TalkItEasy, which is why it shows up throughout this site. But the bigger pattern is simpler than that. I like making things, learning from them, and following the next problem that shows up.

If you want the product side, go to TalkItEasy. If you want to get in touch, email hello@sugarfree.dev.
